The Accommodation
Consists of:
- External porch, an open-plan living/dining room, with 40" flat screen smart TV and DVD player, HiFi and workstation with french door to garden.
- Ideal for self-catering, the modern well equipped kitchen has a fitted hob and oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Downstairs you will find a WC off the entrance hall. Upstairs there is a bathroom/WC with large walk-in shower.
- There are two bedrooms; a good sized double bedroom with king size bed and a large second bedroom with twin beds.
- Sleeps 4/5 in 1 double, 1 twin bedroom and a zip bed with sprung mattress.
- All fuel costs for this self-catering cottage are included in the price.
- Quality cotton bed linen is included as are dishcloths, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels and bathmats.
- Beach Towels are supplied free of charge.
- Free WiFi is also included.
- Non-smokers only and well-behaved pets for an additional £25 per week to cover deep clean costs.
- You will be greeted with a basic welcome pack containing bread, milk, tea, coffee and cake.
- A weekly foodbox is available to order separately. Options will be provided at time of booking.
Outside
- Pebbled parking area to the front and lawned garden and patio both with well established borders and garden furniture and barbeque.
- The back garden is enclosed for child and pet safety.
